Hello all, I had a brief discussion with Sedrick last night to see if we could start a Q&A group with his guidance (for which i believe we need to compensate Sedrick for his time)
The group should take the form of questions that Sedrick can answer or clarify for us and i think that even if you do not have questions you may find this valuable as the questions of others may spark ideas or other questions in you. However you need to be prepared with questions when booking to attend.
One of the things i want to know from Sedrick is "How do i take an organisation through the logical levels as it is easy with individuals, however when you are working as i am with an entire group of people how do i take them all through the logical levels at the same time, or what is the approach that i would need to take?"
How do i get through to the real reasons as to why a person wants something, and help them achieve what they actually want, and how do i assist them in making sure that it is really within their control?
What physical anchors can i give to a person to facilitate a reminder of a desired outcome, as i have found that sometimes in the busy lives that people have a physical (kinesetic) or visual anchor in site or on their bodies are great motivators and reminders of their outcomes.
As well In complex issues where beliefs such as 'If i quit smoking then i will gain weight' where the person has continued with smoking instead of being free to breath, the fear of something overrides their outcome, how can we deal with these issues in the same session.

Is anyone else interested in attending if i start puting together these weekends or days or evenings with Sedrick, Please share this with all years of Sedricks practitioners as i only have access to the 2008 and 2010 practitioners.
If you are interested then i believe we need to have a contract in place as in all NLP practitioner study groups as well as an outcome for attending which would for me be aimed at growing and learning from the NLP community and our NLP mentor.
